Presidents and the Constitution: The Executive and the Office

This one-day professional development workshop is best suited for high school social studies teachers.

Description

Please join us for a one-day seminar on the U.S. presidency and Article II of the U.S. Constitution. There will be six sessions: three lecture and three pedagogical.

Co-sponsored by Faulkner University and the Bill of Rights Institute. Registration is free. Participants will be served breakfast and lunch and will receive six credit hours.

At this time, the Bill of Rights Institute is planning to host in-person programming in the fall of 2020 but we plan to closely monitor the public health conditions and state and local guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will do our part to keep our participants and communities safe and if travel or gathering is ill-advised at the time of the program, we willexplore alternative programming, and host online opportunities for professional development.

Details will be provided to participants if these changes become necessary.
